Job Description: 

Job Summary

These An'yst of Development supports the below tasks for those systems.
•    GAI in Charge - Mobile Banking System.
•    Application enhancement of BAU requirements and Project changes.
•    2nd line production incident resolved.
•    2 times for DR exercise
•    UVT for patch update or OS upgrade.
•    Vulnerability risks resolved support.
•    Audit request .
•    PEGA support.
•    Code secure review, twice a year.
•    Support the Financial Examination Bureau (FEB) review and take related actions if any finding revealed.

負責行動銀行系統開發與維護,與業務單位及廠商協同合作進行日常功能維運維護及新專案規劃與導入等等。

1.溝通協調與業務部門各相關系統程式需求
2.應用系統分析及維護並產出系統開發流程之各階段文件(需求訪談、分析設計、開發、測試、上線)
3.處理相關的維運作業及與其他部門之合作
4.確保系統軟、硬體之升級作業及弱點修復之處理
5.維持系統正常的維運,處理排除線上問題,第二線支援
6.負責執行系統分析開發之各階段品質管控
7.一年兩次 DR 金融災害備援演練
8.系統更新或升級時協助進行 UVT
9.配合內外稽核檢查,Financial Examination Bureau (FEB)
10.半年一次 Code secure review
11.每年度協同外部合格實驗室進行資安檢測,PT滲透測試,AVT 應用系統弱點測試。

•    Awareness and understanding of the Mobile App strategy and model appropriate to the role.

•    Develop and maintain mobile app to support business needs

Processes
•    Responsible for executing and supervising the development process.

People & Talent 
•    Lead through example and build the appropriate mobile app. Work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
•    Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of mobile app and ensure that users and customers are satisfied with the functionality.
•    Employ, engage and retain high quality mobile app, with succession planning for critical updates.
•    Responsibility to review security/regulatory plans.
•    Set and monitor mechanism for the performance and satisfaction from users and customers.

Risk Management
•    The ability to interpret the Group's technology information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Skills and Experience

其他條件

1. 金融業或銀行經驗,開發應用系統5年以上相關經驗,有行動裝置法規知識尤佳
2. 分析,測試(SIT/UAT),上線, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
3. 具備實際 React or Android app 開發經驗,熟悉 Google Kotlin 程式語言
5. 良好的團隊溝通及合作,具備跨國合作專案經驗
6. 具備良好商業英文溝通能力,英文讀寫能力佳
