- 負責JAVA 應用系統整合平台(Experience Layer API)系統開發與維護,與業務單位及廠商協同合作進行日常功能維運維護及新專案規劃與導入等等。
- 溝通協調與業務部門各相關系統程式需求
- 應用系統分析及維護並產出系統開發流程之各階段文件(需求訪談、分析設計、開發、測試、上線)
- 處理相關的維運作業及與其他部門之合作
- 確保系統軟、硬體之升級作業及弱點修復之處理
- 維持系統正常的維運,處理排除線上問題
- 負責執行系統分析開發之各階段品質管控
JOB SUMMARY
This new headcount aims to be responsible for the current group project Mobile Uplift sponsored by Mobile Hive Abuc, Kerem and Favas, Rui. This role is permanent FTE and will mainly focus on the future implementation and maintenance of the Experience Layer API shared by group team. This is a new application which will be build up and hosted in TW DC, so we need this new headcount to support this application.
This role is responsible for:
• Application enhancement of BAU requirements and Project changes.
• 2nd line production incident resolved.
• 2 times for DR exercise
• UVT for patch update or OS upgrade.
• Vulnerability risks resolved support.
• Audit request
• PEGA support.
• Code secure review, twice a year.
• 9.Support the Financial Examination Bureau (FEB) review and take related actions if any finding revealed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Awareness and understanding of the Experience Layer API (middleware) strategy and model appropriate to the role.
Business
• Develop and maintain Experience Layer API (middleware) to support business needs
Processes
• Responsible for executing and supervising the development process.
People & Talent
• Lead through example and build the appropriate mobile app. Work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
• Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of mobile app and ensure that users and customers are satisfied with the functionality.
• Employ, engage and retain high quality mobile app, with succession planning for critical updates.
• Responsibility to review security/regulatory plans.
• Set and monitor mechanism for the performance and satisfaction from users and customers.
Risk Management
• The ability to interpret the Group's technology information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Qualification
- 英文說寫能力佳,多益 TOEIC 800+
- 熟悉中介平台系統開發 (middleware) , Java (Spring Boot), RESTFul API, 容器 Container, CI/CD(ADO, Azure DevOps), Microservice 微服務
- 銀行工作經驗或開發應用系統三年以上經驗
- 良好的團隊溝通及合作
