JOB SUMMARY
General
Contribute good ideas and participate in projects to improve working efficiency.
Report any suspicious transactions on Money Laundering to supervisors.
To maintain high quality of work at all times in enhancing the client image.
To complete trust license register and trust training to meet local regulation requirements
To keep in contact with counterparties if necessary while performing daily work.
Trade Settlement
To process /manage and ensure the operations of TS is running smoothly.
To liaise with Client Service Team and other Securities Services units to identify services required by clients
To prepare monthly management reports.
To improve profitability of the Department by minimizing cost.
Complete mandatory training 12 hours every 3 years
To complete trust license register and trust training to meet local regulation requirements
Corporate Actions
Ensure efficient and accurate processing of daily corporate actions.
Collect daily corporate actions announcement and input into related system.
Update entitlement, tax, payment date details etc. into related system.
Contact registrars to confirm correctness of un-official announcement in newspaper.
Contact registrars to communicate any issues arose during CA payment or subscription.
Ensure all tax certificates are received an maintain/file tax records.
Filing of daily corporate actions documents.
To completed trust license register and training to meet local regulation requirements
FX
To ensure adequate operation of FX / Remittance and that risk exposure are promptly and properly covered.
To supervise FX / Remittance team and to ensure all payments are executed according to proper clients’ instructions.
To ensure adequate operation of remittance process and that risk exposure are promptly and properly covered.
Account Administration
Perform daily client cash & position reconciliation
Process monthly billing
Verify daily custody fee collection
Vetify daily PSGL
Generate regulatory reports
Tax reclaim
Vault control (rotate with Symphony Kuo)

To simplify daily manual process.

Support daily business to provide client solutions.

Ensure BAU is accurate and timely completed. Focus on simplification and efficiency to reduce manual work.

Co-work with team members and share knowledge with each other.
Risk Management
Ensure follow DOI to prevent risks and escalate any potential issues to discuss with manager.
Governance
Escalate any issues to manager and department head.
