  • Verify the accuracy of daily reconciliation:

  • Daily market price discrepancy
  • GL account statement
  • Internal suspense account (bridge account)
  • AE (2)Day-trade (3)balance sheet alert
  • Verify daily custody fee collection 
  • Vetify daily PSGL 
  • Verify AT & AE for account closure / asset transfer / write off 
  • Verify the manual charges of billing
  • Verify monthly FCS reports
  • Verify monthly clean payments: Custody fee paid to SCB HK 
  • Tax reclaim: CS Group
  • Prepare month-end PSGL adjustment
  • Prepare monthly TWSE & regulatory reports 
  • Provide financial reports to tax agent for audit purpose and reply queries
  • Backup BAU during team member’s absence
  • Support Team Lead for project development
  • Support System UAT
  • Support cash checking from broker
  • Vault control 
  • Monthly KCSA preparation for AA funciton
  • Filing

Key Responsibilities

General

  • Contribute good ideas and participate in projects to improve working efficiency.
  • Report any suspicious transactions on Money Laundering to supervisors.

Strategy

  • To simplify daily manual process. 

Business

  • Support daily business to provide client solutions. 

Processes

  • Ensure BAU is accurate and timely completed.  Focus on simplification and efficiency to reduce manual work. 

People & Talent

  • Co-work with team members and share knowledge with each other. 

Risk Management

  • Ensure follow DOI to prevent risks and escalate any potential issues to discuss with manager. 

Governance

  • Escalate any issues to manager and department head. 

Qualifications

  • Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel, Word and Access    
  • Operations - Back Office    
  • Data Gathering and Reporting 
  • Has Trust license.
  • Well experienced in people management and Security Services.
