JOB SUMMARY

P file process management 
•    P file scan and upload to eOPS system as maker role, including new joiners, leavers and incremental document.
•    P file hard copy document creation and filing.
•    Manage P file retrieval process for any case request via OneSC.
•    Perform and coordinate P file CDA

HR Operation execution 
•    Non-insurance benefit management. 
•    Simplification of processes & procedures based on customer interaction and feedback.
•    Ad-Hoc HR operation activity support.

AskHR support
•    Support employees’ query with quality and in time service.
•    Achieve client satisfaction and improve customer service by reviewing customer feedback.

Risk and Compliance
•    Prepare materials in Traditional Chinese for governance meetings or regulatory requirement if required
•    Ensure that issues, risks and interdependencies are identified, managed and resolved via the defined escalation process is in place 
•    Understand the project lifecycle and ensure all stages of the lifecycle are managed accordingly

•    Comply with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and practices as defined by internal and external requirements. 
•    Understand and ensure compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including those governing securities activities, company law, anti-money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions; the Group’s policies and procedures; and the Group Code of Conduct.  
•    Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role. 
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters. 
•    Embed the Group’s Values and Group Code of Conduct to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics.  Comply with relevant policies, processes and regulations, as part of the culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
Awareness and understanding of HR policies, procedures and Taiwan labour regulations appropriate to the role.

Business
Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates.

Processes
Responsible for executing P file process management and HR operation activities and supporting AskHR. 

Risk Management
The ability to interpret HR policies, procedures, and Taiwan labour regulations, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.

Qualifications

•    Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree or above. 
•    Fluency in both spoken and written in English.
•    Familiar with Labour Standard Act and related regulations preferable
•    Experience working within Human Resources in the financial industry preferable
•    Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation
•    Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite Skills including Excel, PowerPoint etc
•    Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
•    Personal integrity and strong sense of data security and confidentiality.
