JOB SUMMARY
•    Management of the CFO’s day-to-day agenda:
•    Prioritization and scheduling of meetings and appointments.
•    Handling ad hoc requests and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
•    Forward planning of the CFO’s diary, including:
•    Selection of meeting/event locations.
•    Coordination of timing and logistics related to all aspects of the CFO’s role.
•    Extensive coordination with members of the Taiwan Management Team to ensure smooth and efficient interaction between the CFO’s office and other departments/functions.
•    Close coordination with the regional and global Finance Management Teams to ensure the CFO Taiwan is appropriately represented on key finance matters and initiatives.
•    Support in the planning and execution of Finance Department projects and events, including logistics, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
•    Assist in risk management-related tasks on behalf of the CFO’s office, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
•    Support the CFO in aligning daily activities with the strategic priorities of the Bank and Finance function.
•    Plan and support agendas for senior management meetings to ensure timely discussion of strategic topics and action follow-ups.
Business
•    Coordinate and follow up on requests raised by Business, CMT members, and Global Finance to ensure timely and appropriate responses.

Processes
•    Manage complex travel itineraries for the CFO, including flight and hotel bookings, meeting logistics, and expense tracking.
•    Handle and prioritize communication flow to and from the CFO’s office, including drafting and forwarding correspondence on behalf of the CFO.
•    Provide coordination support for departmental or cross-functional activities as needed (e.g. events, townhalls, visits).
People & Talent
•    Promote effective communication between the CFO and employees by ensuring timely dissemination of messages and updates.
•    Build strong working relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders to enable smooth collaboration and alignment.
Risk Management
•    Support the CFO in monitoring timelines and actions related to risk in collaboration with relevant teams.
•    Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled in accordance with internal policies and information security standards.

Governance
•    Assist the CFO in preparing and coordinating materials for Board and committee meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
•    Maintain appropriate records of communications, meeting minutes, and decisions to support audit and compliance requirements.

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
