Job Summary
• To play a key role in supporting frontline teams by bridging business needs with internal functions. The role focuses on enhancing sales productivity, tracking KPIs, coordinating projects, streamlining processes, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for creating and implementing effective initiatives to motivate Sales teams
• Oversee the execution of business initiatives and activities to support business objectives
• Monitor sales performance, productivity and key KPIs, identifying key gaps and find opportunities to achieve target
• Participation in devising and monitoring internal governance activities including risk and controls, audit and compliance remediation
• Support multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks requested by management team
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
