JOB SUMMARY

Deliver the E2E WRB High-Net-Worth Client Onboarding services, with a focus to provide superior client experience under standard process/operating model, and adequate controls and governance at country.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business
•    Collaborate with business teams/control partners supported with robust technology solutions to achieve best-in-class HNW E2E Client Onboarding Experience (incl. origination, CDD & account setup)
•    OBU: Process flow as 9 days staring from doc. provided by client to case approval.
•    DBU: Clients stay in-branch for 15 mins then go home
•    Work with business/operation leadership team and consult with Group CoEs, to manage/provide cross-functional, cross-process outcomes.

•    Assist the team leader to drive a data driven operations
•    Achieve the OKRs set for HNW Clients

People & Talent
•    Drive a client-focused culture and build a mindset of end-to-end accountability & ownership amongst team. 
•    Drive awareness of the sustainability in the team and embed this strategic initiatives as part of daily operations. 

Risk Management
Proactive Risk Management and Governance
•    To work with stakeholders on daily basis to ensure controls are followed and performed, both internal and external policies/regulation are followed and if any gap identified then mitigation plan would be in place.
•    Continuously improve HNW Client onboarding quality and increase self-identification of issues to create a culture of proactive risk management 
•    No elevated residual risks for onboarding journey

Governance
•    Maintain High quality of the deliverables  

Regulatory & Business Conduct

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Education     Tertiary Degree or equivalent experience
  • Languages     Intermediate in both read and written English and Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese
