JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to:
- Participate in SIT and UAT
- Prepare test strategy, test plan and test cases according to the requirement obtained from stakeholders including product owners and IT teams
- Prepare test data in necessary environments
- Execute testing according to the agreed schedule
- Assist trouble-shooting issues with various teams
- Raise issues in Jira and keep track of the status
- Report status timely and escalate when appropriate
- Produce management report when needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

- Familiar with system SIT, UAT and roll out process, this position to facilitate WM systems enhancement testing.
Risk Management
- Identify and share industry best practices and work with the businesses for their feasibility and implementation
- Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an acceptable timeframe and/or escalated through process owners or risk committee
Governance
- To facilitate WM transaction system testing to comply with governance framework.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- To facilitate WM system testing to comply with regulation requirement.

Qualifications
- Education Information related fields Bachelor’s degree
- Languages Medium English communication capability
