Job Summary

Custody Operation Support - Local Team

•    To perform clerical jobs as assigned by the section supervisor in accordance with their instructions, DOI , Group Policy
•    To report any problems encountered to section supervisor for guidance
•    To maintain high quality of work at all times in enhancing the Group image
•    To keep in contact with counterparty if necessary while performing daily work 
•    Complete mandatory training 12 hours every 3 years
•    To complete trust license register and trust training to meet local regulation requirements 

General

•    Contribute good ideas and participate in projects to improve working efficiency.
•    Report any suspicious transactions on Money Laundering to supervisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Custody Operations Support on Local Clients Team
•    To ensure all the trades are settled successfully with counterparties through sub-custodians.
•    To ensure clients fund transfers instructions are well executed.
•    To ensure daily compliance monitoring on local SITE funds are well performed. Any exceptions shall be escalated to team lead.
•    To ensure corporate actions related to local clients are well mentioned and processed.
•    To provide monthly MIS reports to internal stakeholders.
•    To ensure immediate escalation of all concerns and issues.
•    To ensure DOI/EUC/JD are reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
•    To support project delivery.
