JOB SUMMARY
- The Role is the specialist in Treasury Sales team. The role covers mainly in 4 functions: Training, Client Engagement, Process and Adoption, and NSR achievement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Training
- For New RM: To execute classroom-style Boot-Camp in regular basis for CMPS product, including investment market concepts, understanding of CMPS Products & charts, Portfolio Concept, Product Strategies
- For Low-performing RMs: Training with Case Studies, Sharing and Role play, to enhance capability of these RMs and to get result improvements
Client Engagement
- Joint Call: Joint calls with New RMs/ low performers with demonstrating matured skills and communication to find clients needs and offer specific solutions to complete satisfied sales process
Process & Adoption
- On Weekly Morning Briefing Basis: Communicating latest house views, market color and focused advisory solutions
- Drive digital tools adoption & enhancement: Drive adoption of myRM, MarketAnalyst, SmartDerivatives, etc.
Income Achievement
- Will be responsible for CMPS income achievement for the region/ set of branches for that time – quarter or half yearly basis

Qualification
- Academic or Professional Education/Qualifications: University graduate or above
- Licenses and Certifications/accreditations:
- Proficiency test for Bank Internal Control and Audit (銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗)
- Banking Knowledge & Ethics (金融市場常識與職業道德)
- Proficiency Test for Trust Operations Personnel (信託業務人員專業資格)
- Proficiency Test for Derivatives Commodities Personnel (衍生性金融商品銷售人員資資格)
- Regulatory training: 12 hours courses on derivatives commodities training every year
- Internal training: Group/Country Mandatory Learning
- Languages – Fluency in English and Mandarin
