JOB SUMMARY

Banking operation provides timely compliance advice and guidance, consistent with Bank Compliance Standards, to Bank business unit management on policies, procedures, and controls necessary for the Bank to achieve compliance with WRB regulatory requirements applicable to the Bank’s activities (CASA and CCPL).

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Day-to-day activities for Bank’s process (CASA and CCPL) handling.
•    To ensure smooth and correct operational process. 
•    To ensure the proper completion of client documents and provide support to applicants when applications are incomplete.

Strategy 

To build up a high perform team with streamline productivity to support company growth and deliver 

Business
•    Day-to-day activities for Bank’s process (CASA and CCPL) handling. 
•    Responsible for reviewing and processing for Client’s request/application. 
•    Coordinating with other departments such as customer service to ensure that all tasks are completed properly

People & Talent

•    To improve the sufficient knowledge in a function, product, or process.
•    To ensure completed the mandatory training.

Risk Management
 
•    Ensure that operational processes have the appropriate controls in place to satisfy external regulation and internal policy requirements.
•    Ensuring that all transactions are in line with the approved DOI with agreed TAT with business.

External:

•    Property and Casualty Insurance Companies
•    JCIC
•    HSM Vendor

Other Responsibilities

•    Data entry and administrative works
•    Update statistics
•    Participate in preparing unit documentation, such as rules and procedures 
•    Participate in Department project and prepare user testing documentations and conduct user acceptance tests on new systems.

Qualifications

  • 具2年以上銀行或信用卡相關帳務經驗者
  • 擅長Word/Excel/PPT等Office軟體
  • 具基本英文聽說讀寫能力
  • 外匯業務證照尤佳
