Responsibilities

Strategy 

•    To build up a high perform team with streamline productivity to support company growth and deliver 

Business

•    Day-to-day activities for Data Capture process handling.

Processes

•    Works with a type of WRB product or service.
•    Identifies the concepts and features of WRB.
•    Lists the major types of products and services utilized in WRB.
•    Describes common business processes used in WRB services.

People & Talent
•    To improve the sufficient knowledge in a function, product or process.
•    To ensure completed the mandatory training.

Risk Management
•    Ensure that operational processes have the appropriate controls in place to satisfy external regulation
 and internal policy requirements.
•    Ensuring that all transactions are in line with the approved SOP with agreed TAT with business.

Regulatory & Business Conduct
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities
•    Daily Cheque Clearing process. (incl. inward/outward/post-dated/return cheque)
•    To process entries in respect of the various transactions passing relating to inward and outward 
•    Perform cheque booking issuance and ordering process with branch and vendor. 
•    Data entry and administrative works
•    Update statistics
•    Participate in preparing clearing and settlement documentation, such as rules and procedures.
•    Prepare user testing documentations and conduct user acceptance tests on new systems.

Qualifications

  • 熟悉MS Office操作
  • 熟悉Excel函數與樞紐報表操作
  • 具備良好的溝通能力、團隊合作精神、邏輯思考及表達能力
  • 具備基礎作業系統和網路架構知識
  • 積極度、細心、耐心及抗壓性
  • 基本英文讀寫能力
  • 具銀行內部控制與內部稽核證照尤佳
