Job Summary

Delivery Leadership for OneTB
 
•    Lead the end-to-end delivery of the OneTB initiative, covering 9 squads and 100+ team members, ensuring alignment to agreed milestones.
•    Establish and maintain an overall delivery structure, governance, and cadence (e.g. features prioritization, scrum of scrums, milestone reviews, dependency tracking).
•    Proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs), while escalating and resolving blockers in a timeline manner.
•    Create, maintain, and continuously refine project plans with the right level of granularity for both executive and squads.
•    Implement a robust accountability framework using defined artifacts, KPIs, and status reporting to drive ownership across squads.
•    Ensure delivery progress is transparent, measurable, and continuously reviewed, generating early visibility and support from stakeholders, ahead of critical deadlines.
•    Drive active engagement and buy-in from stakeholders both inside and outside OneTB, securing alignment, collaboration, and advocacy for the initiative.
•    Drive successful delivery against key program milestones, ensuring quality outcomes and alignment to business expectations.
•    Conduct monthly functional demos to OneTB stakeholders to showcase progress, validate outcomes, and maintain stakeholder confidence.
 
Business Development and Stakeholder Evangelism
 
•    Act as a strategic evangelist and champion for the OneTB initiative across Transaction Banking (TBMT, Product, and Sales teams).
•    Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to position OneTB as a solution to their business problems and secure their commitment to the initiative.
•    Proactively identify and secure new use cases, ensuring they are captured, prioritized, and translated into the OneTB roadmap.
•    Partner with product and sales teams to market and communicate the value of OneTB across client-facing and internal channels.
•    Develop and maintain a comprehensive use case delivery plan to ensure commitments are delivery successfully, demonstrating tangible business value.
•    Balance delivery execution and stakeholder buy-in, serving as both program manager and strategic salesperson for OneTB.

Governance *
-    Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct in the TB T&I Team to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with relevant policies, processes, and regulations among employee’s form part of the culture.
-    Ensure compliance with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and compliance practices as defined by internal and external requirements. This includes compliance with local banking laws and anti-money laundering regulations and guidelines. 
-    Awareness and understanding of the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Skills and Experience

Domain and Technical Knowledge:

•    Deep understanding of Transaction Banking products, services, and workflows, including payments, trade finance, cash management, and liquidity solutions.
•    Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements, such as data sovereignty, etc.
•    Experience with program and project management tools (e.g., ADO, Confluence) to build plans, track dependencies, and report progress.
•    Understanding of enterprise data platforms and cloud architectures (such as CDP, GDP) is advantageous for orchestration across squads.
•    Familiarity with API-based integrations, microservices architecture, and data mesh principles to support modern banking platform initiatives.
•    Awareness of security, data, governance, and privacy considerations in banking technology solutions.

Qualifications

Field of Study
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master’s) preferred.

 

Qualification:

-    Extensive experience in program and delivery leadership within complex digital banking or fintech environments.
-    Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multiple squads effectively.
-    Strong expertise in Agile delivery frameworks, project planning, risk management, and dependency coordination.
-    Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, business development, and driving adoption of digital solutions.
-    Excellent communication, leadership, and proactive problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
-    Familiarity with banking products, technology architecture, and regulatory compliance preferred.

 

Certification:

Good to have one or more of the below certifications:
-    Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
-    Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist
-    Prince2 Practitioner
-    TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
-    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
-    Financial services or banking compliance certifications

 

Experience:

-    Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in program or delivery leadership, preferably in large-scale, complex digital banking or fintech initiatives.
