Job Summary

•    Work within the Digital, Data and Coverage Platforms team to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle, with a focus on KYC and entity data management domains.
•    Support realisation of business value through the creation and delivery of a product roadmap and its associated product backlog.
•    Drive the valuation of business initiatives and requirements gathering and produce analysis artefacts to support change initiatives.
•    Support the engagement of key stakeholders across client-facing divisions, product areas, Legal and Compliance, Financial Crime Risk, etc.
•    Provide vision and direction to development teams and stakeholders throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Work within the Digital, Data and Coverage Platforms team to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle – with a focus on KYC and entity data management domains – while also considering sunsetting and transition to target state CLM platforms.

Business
•    Manage the requirements development process through elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements (business, stakeholder, solution).
•    Continuously improve programme update and communication efficiency by simplifying and standardising stakeholder engagements.
•    Identify and implement best practices in resource management and processes, ensuring consistency and relevance.

Processes
Product Roadmap and Backlog Elaboration:
•    Support the Capability Product Owners (i.e. PO Leads for each domain) in developing and executing the product roadmap.
•    Leverage on subject matter proficiency in KYC / entity data management and client due diligence / lifecycle management to present key product enhancement ideas to various stakeholders and continuously identifying areas of product improvement.
•    Ownership of business requirements within the Capability (KYC / entity data management). Provide analysis and support prioritisation of incoming demand against the existing product backlog, in line with stakeholders’ needs and project budget / time constraints.
•    Support translation of business requirements into a well-defined backlog, including elaboration of Epics/Features/User Stories and acceptance criteria as per stakeholders’ expectations.
•    Maintain awareness of the market, users, competitors and industry, feeding insights into the Product Ownership team.

Change Delivery
•    Act as a key contact point between delivery squads, business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams.
•    Contribute to the development process for transformation projects through elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements (business, stakeholder, solution).
•    Provide daily direction to assigned delivery squads to meet the objectives of each development cycle, and maintain an adequate pipeline of tasks ready for squads to work on.
•    Ensure accurate and detailed requirements through usage of comprehensive and rigorous requirement elicitation techniques.
•    Create business values through implementing well-thought tactical/strategic solutions.
•    Support resolution of any ongoing delivery issues (e.g., product defects).

•    Work with squad members to build an empowered, high-performing team in a psychologically-safe environment.
•    Lead or participate in department and the broader SCB community’s initiatives.
•    Foster and nurture a collaborative operating model with transparent engagement internally and externally between stakeholders.

Risk Management
•    Ensure risks to project milestones are identified and communicated appropriately to relevant forums.
•    Ensure solutions and processes adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk frameworks.

Governance
•    Adhere to all internal and external regulations.

Regulatory & Business Conduct
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
