Job Summary
We’re looking for a Product Owner to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle management transformation programme, particularly focus on Tax, FM regulations domains. This role will work within the Digital, Data and Coverage Platforms team ,CIB platform
You’ll support CIB CLM Product owners to provides SME Design Expertise for Tax and FM regulations processes for CLMT programme. Your key responsibilities includes but not limited to providing tax, regulation due diligence SME knowledge to drive optimization of the CLM design process, provide, document key requirements for the delivery of the strategic CLM journey
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Work closely within Client Lifecyle Management Transformation team to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle, mainly focus on Tax and FM regulations processes
Business
• This role provides SME design expertise for CLMT Tax and Regulatory Due Diligence across CIB. It requires detailed analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes to document the business requirements which are to be delivered by the technology team. The Product Owner will manage the requirement development process for a transformation project through elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements (business, stakeholder, solutions).
Processes
• Support the Capability Product Owners (i.e. PO Leads) in developing and executing the CLMT product roadmap.
• Provision of industry SME expertise on FATCA/CRS, FM regulations to the CLM programme
• Develop, own and elaborate Tax and Regulatory Due Diligence requirements for the programme
• Present key product enhancement ideas to various stakeholders and identifying areas of product improvement
• Obtaining stakeholder buy-in and signoff on requirements
• Acting as a key point of contact between development, design teams and business stakeholders
• Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release
• Playing a critical communications role by interacting with the business users, operations and the technology teams
• Transforming requirements and data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the end users
• Create business value through the proposed solution and implementation
People & Talent
• Relevant working experience preferably in Client Lifecycle processes specifically in Tax (e.g. FATCA, CRS) and Regulatory Due Diligence (e.g. MiFID, EMIR, Dodd-Frank)
• Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint and excel)
• High motivation and dedication to work
• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ownership of issues
• Ability to make good/sound decisions and use independent judgment

Skills and Experience
• Education – Graduate / Postgraduate
• Certifications – ACAMS(Preferred), PMP (Desirable)
• Relevant working experience preferably in Client Lifecycle management processes specifically APAC
• Have a good understanding of at least one of the following value propositions: SME of tax-FATCA/ CRS, Financial Markets Products and Regulatory Due Diligence (e.g. MiFID, EMIR, Dodd-Frank)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint and excel)
• High motivation and dedication to work
• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ownership of issues
• Ability to make good/sound decisions and use independent judgment

• Previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role in banking product delivery using agile framework
