Title: Release Manager

Job Summary
• Manage the application release process, ADO pipeline and artifacts collection, to ensure the release follow and compliant with Bank standards.
• Support tech delivery lead in coordinating and managing technical related tasks and activities.
• Assist Solution Intent and architecture review.
• Coordinate with global tech and up/down stream development teams to deliver the project needs.
• Coordinate with Vendors to ensure vendor’s solution meet Bank standards.
• Support delivery lead to monitor technology delivery progress.
• Managing IT projects, such as new infra onboarding and environment refreshment, ICS remediation (e.g. Database Encryption, HashiCorp integration etc.)

Skills and Experience
Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
Web frameworks including React, Next.js, Vue.js
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery methodology and related tools
Experience with microservices, API-first, event-driven, agent-based architecture and design
Knowledge in DevOps – CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), orchestration (Ansible/Salt)
Knowledge of different aspects of service design: including messaging protocols and behaviour, caching strategies and software design practices
Knowledge of infrastructure (networking, hypervisors, storage, security) - experience working with a private cloud is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana and Grafana
Experience with AI/ML
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Hands-on experience of programming language like Java or Python, ansible, etc.
• Linux & Window & container platform operation experience
• Network & firewall basic knowledge
• Deep understanding project life-cycle
• Familiar with DevOps (ADO) process and release management
• Familiar with vendor management
• Familiar with project management
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Solid communication and stakeholder management is preferred.
• Strong and deep understanding banking industry business knowledge is preferred
