Job Summary
• Perform and tracking production support activities for Bank applications.
• Support Unix shell script design for daily BAU and change release.
• Support MS SQL/PostgreSQL script design for daily BAU and change release.
• Drive major incident trouble shooting, root cause analysis, workaround proposal and providing timely and accurate resolutions.
• Drive to analyse and resolve DevOps production issue as Devops export, like K8s, Azure ADO, monitoring
• Perform and tracking Production change release
• Change release review and quality control to align with Bank standards
• Support New application onboarding
• Coordinate application upgrade, like basic configuration change, platform migration and upgrade, etc..
• Coordinate with Group and Local tech teams to drive Group new standards implementation, ICS remediation, obsolescence management.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience of DevOps like K8s, Azure ADO
• Hands-on Prometheus and Grafana or other monitoring tools
• Linux & Window & container platform operation experience
• Network & firewall basic knowledge
• Strong Production environment management
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Curious learner, willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
• Strong and deep understanding banking industry business knowledge is preferred
• Basic sense of AI/LLM is preferred.

Skills and Experience
Advanced Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery methodology and related tools
Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming languages and concepts (Python, Java, Golang, etc..)
Experience with microservices, API-first, event-driven, agent-based architecture and design
Knowledge in DevOps – CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), orchestration (Ansible/Salt)
Knowledge of different aspects of service design: including messaging protocols and behaviour, caching strategies and software design practices
Knowledge of infrastructure (networking, hypervisors, storage, security) - experience working with a private cloud is a plus
Experience with test automation with common test frameworks; and performance / load testing techniques at scale
Experience with metrics collection, time series queries, middleware such as Telegraf, and backends such as OpenTSDB or Prometheus
Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana and Grafana
Qualifications
EDUCATION Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
