Job Summary

  • Align to - ‘Product and Process Design’ for Cash Operations – covering all types of transactional flows – to ensure Cash is delivering a best in class operational model to support the full product suite
  • Participant in Digitization agenda by leveraging technology capabilities and designing solutions that support STP.
  • Responsible for ensuring Operational change is delivered in line with the change framework of the Bank and that the team is duly trained and skilled to deliver in both agile and waterfall methodologies 
  • To ensure systems, capabilities, infrastructure and processes are fit for purpose and are implemented as per required standards as part of the change management process. 
  • Work along with teams across the Product Design and Control footprint to leverage the new Ways of Working to experiment, innovate and iterate to deliver best in class solutions as part of the Client Journey construct
  • Support UAT team in building a stronger relationship with the different stake holders from the Group Product, Country Product, Country / CSG / CMS teams, Technology and other Operations teams. 
  • Have a thorough understand of the cash management business.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in timeliness to the standards prescribed for the process from time to time.
  • Working together with Product, Engineering and PSS teams to drive correct setup for the global UAT solution. 
  • Ensure preparation & execution for projects are handled with higher standards.
  • Finalize and conduct User Acceptance Testing cases, ensure project management deliverables are appropriately handled in timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

 Responsible to align on the directions of Product Design and Control Operations on Strategy, Operating Model, Risk and Controls standards and compliance with regulations, and ensure business processes are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals
 Participate on initiatives to innovate and digitize processes as well as driving collaboration and best practice sharing across the network
