Job Summary

This key position is an exciting opportunity within Financial Markets Production Management. You will be leading a production support team responsible to provide day to day systems support on a 7* 24 shift schedule, continuously improving the system stability, working closely with development teams to understand, review and apply system change to production environment. You will also be responsible for the team development, provide coaching and guidance to the team members, set reasonable objectives and performance measurement

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•    Responsible for end-to-end production support for a bunch of applications for example: FMETaL, FM-DATA-Service, SSDR, FM-PTS, FM-MIS, Reporting Lake etc. Ensure the right monitoring in place and take actions to improve the stability of production environment.
•    Follow the change management process for change review and release, proactively identify the manual steps in each change and work out automated solution with Development teams.
•    Periodically review the major incidents and failed changes, work together with partner teams for improvement actions.
•    Responsible for successful initiating, planning, executing of projects and engagement of key stakeholders. Ensure the delivery of each milestone and regular updates to global teams or senior management group.
•    Manage ad-hoc projects in limited time and propose solutions to senior management, deliver the projects with good results in a timely manner.
•    Collaborate with partner teams e.g. Dev teams, project managers, to initiate and implement process improvement on incident and change management. Drive the bug fix resolution or application enhancements to improve PSS supportability of the platform.
•    Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, develop team’s capability of technical skills, Able to apply SRE principles in daily jobs.
•    Responsible for SLA/OLA review and update. Ensuring full and timely responses on any PID, CVE/CVM/CCM, Network segregation or other non-listed Security related requests and actions. 
•    Able to pick up any ad-hoc task.  predictive support.
•    Champion standard operating procedures (SOP) modernization, knowledge management and skills uplift to support a strategic, capability-oriented support organization.
•    Manage stakeholder communications (executive dashboards, strategic updates, transformation reviews) and ensure transparency of progress, risks, and outcomes.
•    Mentor and influence production support leads to embed strategic thinking and change ownership across the function.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
