Job Summary
Manage data of HR system (employee portal and myHR).
Strategy
• To support HR Specialist Delivery (HRSD) and HR stakeholders in Country as per defined operating model.
• Be able to apply in in-depth knowledge, process and product expertise and collaborate with the GPS Operations, Country HR Specialist Delivery and other HR Stakeholders for deliverables per requirement.
Processes
• HR Data Analysis & Report (Employee Portal & myHR )
o Manage/maintain data of overall HR operation to improve efficiency of HR operation.
o Generate accurate data to secure transparency.
o Ensure transparency through accurate data creation and validation in timely manner.
o Before each month's payroll, deliver HR information related to salary changes to the payroll manager.
o Provide accurate information and support work when requesting HR-related materials/work.
o Monitor and address errors in HR system.
• Build organic relationships with each business
o Improve work efficiency through smooth communication with HR stakeholders and related businesses.
o Respond accurately to inquiries and update requests related to HR data.
Risk Management
• Maintain data confidentiality; during every interaction ensures data is only disclosed to validated individuals and that any data disclosure complies with the bank’s data protection standards.
• Stays vigilant, proactive, risk aware and operates within the bank's risk management and compliance framework.
• Manages risk with every interaction ensuring any advice provided is within the Bank’s guidelines and taking part of assessment on the Data confidentiality requirement.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. TRAINING • HR-RELATED KNOWLEDGE AND BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESSES
• UNDERSTANDING OF TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT OF OVERALL HR SYSTEM
• UNDERSTANDING OF IT SECURITY POLICIES AND RELATED STANDARDS AND THE SYSTEM OPERATION PROCESS IN THE BANK
• CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH INTERNAL/EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS AND BUSINESS/GROUP COUNTERPARTIES AND SMOOTH COMMUNICATION SKILL (WRITING AND ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILL)
• PROFICIENT IN EXCEL, POWERPOINT, MS WORD AND PC
LANGUAGES PROFICIENTCY IN KOREAN AND ENGLISH
