Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Treasury Assistant to support the Head of Treasury – Anchorpoint, in the day-to-day management of the organisation’s reserve assets and stablecoin-related treasury activities.

 

In this role, you will help execute daily liquidity operations, monitor reserves, and support adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with hands-on treasury experience, strong analytical capability, and a genuine interest in both traditional financial markets and emerging digital asset markets.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Treasury – Anchorpoint in managing reserve assets across cash, money markets, and other approved instruments.
  • Assist in executing daily liquidity operations, including cash positioning, funding, and short-term investments.
  • Monitor and reconcile treasury positions, balances, and cash flows across multiple accounts and counterparties.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports (e.g., liquidity, reserves, exposures, and performance metrics).
  • Support the monitoring of key risk indicators, concentration limits, and counterparty exposures.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and controls relating to stablecoin reserves and treasury activities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of treasury data.
  • Contribute to process enhancements, automation initiatives, and control improvement projects within the treasury function.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and internal review requests by preparing required documentation and data.
  • Stay informed on market developments relevant to liquidity management, short-term interest rates, and digital asset markets.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Initial work experience (e.g., 1–3 years) in treasury, finance, markets, or a related function, preferably within a financial institution or corporate treasury.
  • Familiarity with liquidity management, cash management, or short-term investments.
  • Experience in trade execution support, reconciliation and treasury operations
  • Interest in Web3, digital assets, stablecoins, blockchain-based payments, or related market infrastructure
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data; experience with treasury systems or BI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment.
