Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Drive Treasury and Wealth business growth by delivering tailored advisory solutions to SME and corporate clients across FX, Structured products, Fixed Income and Unit Trust investments. 
•    Work in close collaboration with relationship managers, sales teams, and sales leadership to deliver suitable treasury and wealth solutions aligned to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Business
•    Collaborate with sales teams to present tailored solutions for clients, facilitating informed decisions and effective financial strategies 
•    Offer appropriate wealth solutions with consideration of clients’ risk profile and hedging/ investment objectives across products such as FX, Fixed Income bonds, Structured Notes, Unit Trusts and related solutions 
•    Proactively engage and work with Relationship Managers and Client Acquisition team to identify client opportunities, able to communicate effectively for cross-functional collaboration
•    Ensure prompt and accurate execution of clients’ orders
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance policies & processes
•    Enhance and maintain client relationships by delivering regular market updates and portfolio reviews, ensuring timely follow-up and continued engagement.
•    Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients

Our Ideal Candidate

•    3+ years experienced Treasury professional with strong product knowledge across FX, Fixed Income and structured products, able to deliver timely market updates and tailored hedging/investment solutions. 
•    Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working closely with Relationship Managers to identify and execute client opportunities promptly and accuratel
•    Lead by example, fostering a strong risk, control and compliance culture while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. 

•    Proactive, analytical and client-centric, with a proven track record of operating within an operational risk framework.

•   Good understanding and command of Mandarin as the incumbent will be supporting Chinese market.

Role Specific Technical Competencies

  • Strong product knowledge in FX, Fixed Income and structured products, including pricing, risk/return and suitability.
  • Proficiency in market and technical analysis to generate trade ideas and provide timely market updates.
  • Robust risk, control and compliance understanding, operating within an Operational Risk Framework and regulatory requirements.
  • Valid certification and license, with hands-on expertise in treasury systems, dealing platforms and reporting/Excel-based analysis.
