Job Summary

To provide supports to branch sales staff and clients on Treasury Products (include FX, Structured Products and Bonds) thru phone channel.  

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

•    To lead regional TS team to take on professional advisory role (for both in-branch and hub TS) to provide best-in-town CMPS services for affluent segment, so as to unlock more business potential

•    To drive higher deepening and penetration of CMPS portfolio of affluent segment, with sustainable growth of both new-to-product and new-to-advisory clients

•    To grow CMPS business with higher productivity & upskilling of TS team, and also usage of digital platform/ tools

Business

•    To collaborate with WS and DN partners to broaden active client base and deepen banking relationship with existing clients, Affluent Segment in particular.

•    To meet the agreed KPI target set at scorecard, for both activity based KPI that contributes to financial and non-financial KPI

•    Driving business performance together with TS, particularly the PP segment performance

•    Lead the team to achieve business & scorecard targets and Bank’s strategic priorities

•    Enhancing productivity of TS, with regular review on KPIs

Processes

•    To ensure Bank Policy and operational procedures are strictly adhered, with controls on TS sales service quality

•    To identify potential operational risk and work out to mitigate risk and repeated errors  

•    To comply with the guidelines listed in operation manual and IPSP on all sales process.

Qualifications

•    Education: University Preferred 
•    Licenses: Hkma Ri Licenses 1 & 4
•    Languages: Cantonese, English And Mandarin
