Job Summary
Provide treasury and wealth advisory support to SME and corporate clients on treasury products, including foreign exchange, structured products and bonds, through close partnership with relationship managers, sales staff and sales leadership, with the objective of driving wealth business growth, deepening client relationships and delivering suitable client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert support to SME Relationship Managers on Treasury Products, including FX, Structured Products, and Fixed Income, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
• Partner with sales staff to grow the active client base and strengthen banking relationships, with SME clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to present tailored solutions for clients, facilitating informed decisions and effective financial strategies.
• Enhance and maintain client relationships by delivering regular market updates and portfolio reviews, ensuring timely follow-up and continued engagement.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets as outlined in the scorecard, covering both financial and non-financial performance metrics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 qualifications are required.
• Extensive knowledge of treasury products, including FX, Structured Products, Fixed Income, and related solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and strong selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and understand their needs effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a track record of fostering and maintaining client relationships.
