Job Summary
As the Executive Director and Head of Affluent Acquisition & Alliance at Standard Chartered, you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Affluent Acquisition and Alliance teams within Corporate Partnerships. Your primary focus will be on expanding our affluent clientele by overseeing targeted acquisition initiatives across both the branch network and International Banking channels. Through innovative outreach and partnership strategies, you will identify new business opportunities while upholding the highest standards of client onboarding and service.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing business strategies that align with our organisational goals, driving revenue growth, and optimising resource allocation. You will excel in fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise acquisition effectiveness. Strategic Leadership

Process Optimisation
Partnering with process owners and key stakeholders, you will lead initiatives to refine client onboarding and acquisition workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Proactive identification and mitigation of process-related risks will be a priority, coupled with rigorous policy implementation that aligns with both internal controls and regulatory mandates.
People and Talent Development
