Title: Associate Director, Engagement and Governance

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage committee and regulatory agenda planning, meeting organization, content coordination, and item management.
- Support agenda setting for T&O MT meetings and events.
- Engage with MT members for timely deliverables.
- Assist GRL and Senior MT with internal and external interactions.
- Perform quality control on key documents for the Board and regulators.
- Ensure adherence to internal document preparation principles.
- Support scheduling of annual regulatory interactions for T&O.
- Maintain pipeline, minutes, and status of regulatory requests.
- Conduct review sessions with MT and GRL for meetings and trainings.
- Act as contact for CRO on committee interactions.
- Understand regulatory requirements for the role.
- Exhibit behavior per the Group’s Values.
- Ensure compliance and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Develop and maintain professional networks and manage external vendors.
- Facilitate collaboration within teams and deepen stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Risk Management or Governance within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated expertise in cultural and change management
- Prior participation in change management initiatives
- A strong analytical mindset
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds across various countries, regions, businesses, and organizational stakeholders
- Proficient command of the English language
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Competence in data collection and reporting
- Understanding of IT governance
- Awareness of IT standards, procedures, and policies
