Title: Project Managment Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Wrangle inputs from the product owners, project managers and service managers to orchestrate the completion of requests for information.
- Devise reporting of key result metrics toward targets.
- Work with the Hive, Sub-domain, Domain leadership to support governance and reporting for a consolidated view across the Hive, Business or Function Unit.
- Ensure any new major changes to the prioritized product backlog (within 90-day cycle) are reported to the RF (Refinement Forum) for approval.
- Subsequently submit to MPR / QPR (Quarterly Performance Review) for approval on the impact to OKRs, cost and timeline shift on the 90-day approved commitments.
- Support the Chief PO and Hive Tech Lead in all financial management matters including Clarity updates, reporting, capitalization, variance, cost plans etc.
- Update and maintain spend plan and associated visuals.
- Ensure the Initiatives, product backlog and costs are aligned to approved QPR.
- Ensure all required approved SOWs / contracts are in-place to procure vendor resource / infrastructure including management of the vendor payments.
- Engage Country Finance teams and understand budget requirements across regions.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies / process simplification and optimization.
- Document existing processes and document refined processes and propose them.
- Analyze as-is scenarios and run what-if scenarios and document their implications.
- Prepare agenda for calls and facilitate governance forums with participants.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a PMO, project management, delivery of strategic initiatives & programs or working in similar capacity on project management and collaboration tools.
- Strong financial management capabilities: budget tracking, planning, forecast and variance explanations
- Experience in Identity and Access Management desired but not a must.
- Experience in project and delivery management tools (ex: ADO, Confluence, Clarity etc.,).
- Experience in Agile project delivery methodology.
- Experience in vendor management.
- A ‘can do’ attitude committed to doing ‘what it takes’ to deliver. ‘Agile’ mindset. Whilst not being the subject matter expert, having the ability to learn quickly, listen, synthesise the issues and articulate for senior management with recommendations.
- Diligent and detail orientated.
- Ability to create effective work relationships across functions & borders at both junior and the most senior levels of the bank.
- Experienced user of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Experienced on Vendor cost management / Cost center management.
- Experienced on Project Finance & Management / Clarity Project Cost management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management across department and geographical location experience.
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
