Title: Associate Cash Business Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Support the governance of SLAs, Local Risk Assessments and quarterly outsourcing questionnaire
- Coordinate SLA renewals and GRA (German Risk Assessment) renewals
- Schedule service review meetings with minutes of meeting
- Maintain action plans and track these together with the Cash Operational governance team
- Support execution of control tests
- Maintain MIS on outsourced activities – volumes, headcount, attrition etc.
- Drive / participate in projects or initiatives actively which relate to outsourcing governance
- Outsourcing governance relates to technology service applications and system user access and outsourced processing activities related to Transaction Banking Cash.
- Set up service review meetings and write minutes
- Ensure risk events are communicated to service providers and effectively mitigated
- Validate operational losses / near miss reporting.
- Support the Country and Regional Head of Business Risk Management_ EA Cash in managing action items resulting from internal and external Audit or from Risk Forums and Committees (mainly related to outsourced processes
Qualifications
- Payment related knowledge – Clearing and Swift Types
- Knowledge on Risk Management & Governance in line with SCB’s global and local risk management framework
- Knowledge on local regulatory requirements – Policy and Standards
