Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of SLAs (Service Review Meetings) and DOIs (Desk Operating Instructions) for outsourced activities
- Review DOIs / SLAs on an annual basis and ensure content is captured accurately. Work with the service provider to document all outsourced activities.
- Schedule service review meetings, write minutes of meeting which are circulated to all stakeholders in the SCB AG Cash Operations team and the service providers in India and China.
- Maintain action plans resulting from Service Review meetings and track these against target closure date with feedback to the Management of the Service provider and SCB AG Cash Operations team.
- Support the execution of control tests on outsourced activities.
- Collect and maintain monthly MIS on outsourced activities – volumes, headcount, attrition etc.
- Drive / participate in projects or initiatives actively which relate to outsourcing governance
- Outsourcing governance relates to technology service applications and system user access and outsourced processing activities related to Transaction Banking Cash.
- Ensure risk events are discussed with the service providers and effectively mitigated
- Validate operational losses / near miss risk events
- Support the Country and Regional Head of Business Risk Management_ EA Cash in managing action items resulting from internal and external Audit or from Risk Forums and Committees (mainly related to outsourced processes).
Qualifications
- General knowledge on systems – logging of risk events, running reports, data analysis
- Very good communication skills – to document outsourced activities in a Service Level Agreement, summarize service level agreements and to summarize meeting minutes.
