Our Information and Cyber Security (ICS) team sits within the Transformation, Technology and Operations (TTO) function and is responsible for all mission-critical and enterprise-wide areas of cybersecurity, including identity and access management, global threat intelligence, data protection, malware protection, and application and infrastructure security. These are challenges that impact our clients globally.
Our ICS Portfolio team develops the platforms, drives the processes and builds partnerships on behalf of ICS. Key Responsibilities
- Have a clear understanding of Cyber Security (in areas of Cyber Defence, Malware Protection, Vulnerability Management, Identity and Access Management) concepts and overall information flow. Candidate should present understanding of industry best practices in respective field and awareness of globally recognized standards & frameworks,
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders from various units across the Bank,
- Be proactive and communicative in all areas related to understanding, documenting and executing the change with little supervision,
- Work through requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable,
- Elicit requirements using variety of techniques like interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, cost analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or requirements workshops,
- Delivering projects in alignment with internal policies, standards and frameworks by delivering, gathering and maintaining all relevant documentation,
- Creating wire frames, workflows, process maps, use case diagrams, flowcharts, and other business analysis artifacts,
- Providing support for testing teams on test documentation creation, and testing activities necessary to assess the quality and completion of system implementations,
- Review and/or prepare system documentation and specifications in accordance with Bank’s methodology,
- Contribute to project lifecycle by applying creativity in problem solving, idea generation, conclusions based on large volumes of information and data,
- Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value,
- Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project life cycle,
- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies,
- Prepare end-user training and process documentation for stakeholders,
- Cooperate with project team members on project status reporting.
Skills and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Project Management, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or similar
- Process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to negotiate, compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations across diverse cultures,
- Trainings in Agile, Cyber Security, IAM
- Certifications - CSPO/PMP/ACSM/CCSP/ CBAP
