Title: Cash Implementation Manager and Analytics

Key Responsibilities
- Represent SCB AG Cash Operations in all technology projects.
- Support projects related to new external Regulation or industrial changes as well as the launch of new products or new processing systems / platforms .
- Act as the liaison between the business and technology teams to achieve clear and accurate project requirements,
- Understand customer priorities and requirements and provides appropriate solutions to satisfy both customer and business needs.
- Translate customer and internal business needs into Business requirement documents or review Business requirement documents provided by MTS Technology,
- Assist in planning, executing, integrating, and communicating project plans and testing strategies.
- Write test cases, review test results, and other duties in support of testing undertaken by other teams.
- Support of and participation in UAT/UVT for various systems (MTS, EBBS, PA IMI, Volpay, ScPay) for internal enhancements and new business functionality – review test results which will be signed off by the SCB AG Head of Payment Processing.
- Review and prioritize defects/issues, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive resolution.
- Provide support to the Cash Operations department and other local stakeholders from Compliance, FCC, Operational Risk, Audit)
- Identify and support the development of operational process improvements for Cash transaction processing.
- Support standardization of operational processes.
- Provide process documentation (DOI, etc) for new products / transaction processing workarounds or changed processes.
- Design reports related to transaction processing (MicroStrategy) and provide reports to Business, Head, Cash Operations and other stakeholders on transaction processing.
- Support the incident Management Process for system outages by delivering reports.

- Knowledge on Euro Clearing Systems
- Knowledge of Cash Management Regulations
- Knowledge of core Transaction Processing Systems and Interface systems and technical design / architecture
- Knowledge of AI, Data
