Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Professional Excellence Curriculum Managers and business stakeholders to interpret learning requirements and deliver ‘best in class’ digital learning solutions.
• Support and advise Curriculum Managers on how best to utilise online learning solutions.
• Support Curriculum Managers with external vendor management. 
• Manage project timelines including vendor management and invoicing.
• Support the delivery of clear communication plans that outline the key communication stakeholders, activities, channels and frequencies.
• Assist in delivering targeted training and awareness programs to staff and internal stakeholders.
• Understand, and apply the Bank’s technical standards to maximise the use of internal platforms e.g. intranet, Learning Management System, Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Drive evaluation and feedback processes to monitor quality of learning outcomes and evaluate effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in banking.
• Experience of dealing with various contributors to training including internal and external contributors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, sense of initiative with strong people and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details. 
• Flexibility to occasionally liaise across time zones (Singapore, Middle East, United Kingdom, United States) to engage local stakeholders. 
• A working knowledge of CFCC policies and processes is preferable but not essential.
• Hands-on experience in learning management and creative tasks is nice to have. 
• Good understanding, and demonstrable application of Adobe’s Creative Suite is nice to have. 
• Project management certification is nice to have.
