Job Summary

SCB AG, a European subsidiary, is experiencing a significant increase in regulatory and growth-related projects. This surge has led to a rise in the number of NEWs (consultants) and an expansion in administrative tasks associated with these initiatives. To effectively manage these activities and ensure smooth operations, a dedicated role is created to oversee the Governance and maintenance of administrative functions, centrally managed out of SCB AG CTOO Function. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks, supporting external audit engagement team activities and facilitating the efficient onboarding and management of consultants for projects and external auditors. This role is crucial for maintaining organizational efficiency and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

 

We are offering fixed term contract for 24 months.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the SC AG Team Heads and team members to ensure getting effective information on project resources onboarding requirements and support with the process knowledge.
  • Challenge onboarding requests and identify options to streamline the process. This also includes the management of data portals for the exchange of information.
  • Manage the onboarding and lifecycle of external resources engaged for regulatory remediation and audit activities, including provisioning of equipment, access setup and completion of initial mandatory trainings.
  • Manage controls and monitoring of NEWs (Non-Employee Workers) maintenance (trainings, exceptions, equipment, replacements).
  • Coordinate contract extensions and offboarding of external resources, ensuring compliance with internal governance and audit requirements.
  • Support reporting and other project/admin related activities for the CTOO function, in particular for External Audit Engagement.
  • On- & Offboarding of NEWs – consultants and regulatory examiners
  • Management and maintenance of consultants (eLearnings, contract extensions, mandatory trainings)

Requirements

  • Ideally experience in banking or other relevant environment including administrative tasks.
  • Languages: English and German (optional).
  • Basic Excel skills and familiar with tracking of items.
  • Team-oriented but also able to act with own initiative and autonomously.
  • Pro-active and solution-oriented work attitude.
  • Ability to interface credibly and confidently with seniors and audiences at all levels within key stakeholder groups, and to relate to and manage people (regardless of level).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
