Job Summary
The Lead, RedTeam Cyber Intelligence & Cloud Operations is a permanent role that requires strong technology knowledge and a detailed knowledge of risk assessment, control testing, regulatory submissions and offensive testing techniques as well as Cloud security areas and Cyber Threat Intelligence. The successful candidate will have key skills in critical thinking, problem solving, industry specific technical and regulatory knowledge, stakeholder management, decision making under pressure, and be able to respond in a flexible and collaborative manner to evolving business, regulatory and threat demands. The Lead will work closely with key stakeholders to address Operational, Technology, Cyber risks as identified “top risk” for the Bank and align these to the Bank’s overall ICS Risk Type Framework and Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to align RedTeam activities with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Design and implement a comprehensive cyber intelligence strategy for RedTeam purposes to monitor and respond to emerging threats.
- Design, plan, and execute comprehensive RedTeam intelligence operations as a part of robust RedTeam testing methodology.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders on different organisation levels.
- Execute RedTeam assessments for cloud-enabled environments to test effectiveness of Bank’s defences.
- Establish and maintain processes for collecting, analysing, and disseminating cyber threat intelligence for internal purposes of RedTeam operations.
- Communicate complex risks, issues and testing insights precisely and effectively to management and regulators as required.
- Manage and maintain a risk-based plan to focus testing on areas of highest risk.
- Develop, implement, and enforce internal policies and procedures for RedTeam Intelligence Operations to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and compliance with organizational standards.
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent Practical Experience.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs) and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
- +10 years of experience in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating cyber threat intelligence.
- Deep understanding of security principles and best practices for major cloud platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native security tools and services.
- Familiarity with enterprise network and system architectures
- Understanding of operating system internals
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of security professionals.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing security projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
