Job Summary

This role is fundamental in the People Security team in providing our ICS colleagues with the tools to both track their skills and up-skill in order to grow the capabilities of the ICS function and help to reduce human risk in the Bank by:

•    Continuous improvement of the Cyber Knowledge Hub (CKH).
•    Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Cyber Skills Assessment Tool (CSAT).
•    Manage the Cyber Bytes programme and build a reliable stream of Subject Matter Experts (SME).
•    Manage the Communication Plan and outgoing communication on Cyber Knowledge Hub (CKH) updates and provide Learning Hour inputs.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous improvement of the Cyber Knowledge Hub:

  • Ensure the CKH content is updated from our vendors, quarterly
  • Ensure the structure of the CKH is user-friendly
  • Liaise and work with People Security colleagues to promote the CKH

Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Cyber Skills Assessment Tool (CSAT):

  • Liaise with ICS function on the skills required for future cyber security needs
  • Update and maintain new ICS skills in the CSAT and map to learning in the Cyber Knowledge Hub
  • Map the level of existing cyber skills to colleagues and work with people leaders to uplift the relevant cyber skills within the ICS function
  • Cyber Skills Assessment Tool awareness campaign and dedicated clinics to ICS function to increase adoption in conjunction with the ECP Council

Manage the Cyber Bytes programme and build a reliable stream of Subject Matter Experts (SME):

  • Identify and select SMEs to be part of the programme
  • Organise the Cyber Bytes sessions with the SMEs and book the calendars
  • Work with the SMEs to ensure the content is fit for purpose for the audience and is engaging and memorable
  • Develop the programme for sustainability

Manage the Table-Top Exercise (TTX) programme in conjunction with relevant SMEs:

  • Liaise with the SME to organise the sessions
  • Support the SME in developing sustainable materials to deliver the TTX
  • Develop the TTX to deliver to a wider audience in a sustainable and repeatable format

  • Degree qualified.
  • Minimum 2 years practical experience in a training field with an excellent track record of delivery and execution
  • Brilliant written and verbal English skills.
  • Exemplary organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver without micro-management.
  • Strong work-ethic.
  • Strong sense of ownership of deliverables.
  • Unafraid to challenge the status-quo to make improvements.
  • Ability to manage data and create dashboards, reports.
  • Willingness to learn and have a growth mindset.
  • Problem solver – Uses initiative and enjoys thinking outside the box and solving challenging problems.
  • Comfortable liaising with colleagues at different levels, from MD to Grade 10, treating others with respect.
