Title: Manager, Data Solutions & Analytics

The Commercial Analytics Platform (CAP) is a revolutionary digital platform designed to transform how our frontlines interact with client analytics & actionable insights in order to serve their client better and capturing business opportunities across their portfolio. The platform is a global platform for Standard Chartered Bank and being used by users across 60 markets.
One of the strategic initiative CAP is planning to launch is Workspace, where Analytics expert user can generate real time analytic insights at speed. The Manager, CIB Data and Analytics Platform will assist Lead Product Manager to ensure the success of Workspace and Core Platform by building new capabilities and maintaining existing ones along with all other squad members.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the use cases and conduct requirements gathering, articulate user-stories for identified features.
- Support Workspace Lead Product Manager and Expert users on data sourcing, data connectivity set-up
- Support Workspace Pilot/Business user on platform related queries.
- Work with our software engineering team, UI/visual designers to ensure the feasibility of design and to polish the wireframes into high-fidelity user interface for development.
- Ensure artefacts as needed to support technical implementation and project management are developed and signed off.
- Collaborate implementation of features using agile methodology and work closely with all stakeholders to facilitate delivery
- Conduct user acceptance and complete technical go live activities
- Develop rollout plan, pre / post implementation activities in conjunction with Run and Adoption team and support the creation of training materials
- Support resolution of production issues
Skills and Experience
- Education: University Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design and development, such as developing user requirements, business analysis, UI/UX design and programming
- Data analytics related experience would be ideal
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to details and good problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle and experience with ADO
- Experience in advance data visualisation, financials and banking domain is a plus
- SQL
- Programming language – Python
- Experience with Visual Studio with extension to SSAS, SSIS would be a plus
- Agile Software Development
- Microsoft Excel and Power Point
