Title: Release and Recruitment Coordinator, Scrum Master

Job Summary
The Release and Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing software release processes, coordinating recruitment efforts, and providing administrative support to the team. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can juggle multiple tasks and ensure smooth operations across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
Release Coordination:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee software release activities.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Business, Security teams to ensure timely and successful releases.
- Maintain release documentation and track release progress.
- Identify and mitigate release-related risks and issues.
- Facilitate release meetings and communicate release status to stakeholders.
Recruitment Coordination:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Team Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the Technology Leads.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in agile methodologies and working in agile teams is a must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps tool is an added advantage.
- Banking domain knowledge is preferable.
- Hiring coordinator skills are must to coordinate with Hiring Lead and coordinate and report progress on the process end to end.
- Proven experience in release management, recruitment coordination, and administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to be organized and multi-tasked on different requirements across various stakeholders, and to work independently and under pressure.
