Job Summary
The SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management) Senior Expert will play a critical role on the program with responsibility to built solution, engagement with the Business Analysist for delivery, enhancing and improvising on existing solution. The position gives the opportunity to the developer to independently assess the business requirement, design the solution, built it and move to production. It also requires the candidate to connect with Upstream / Downstream applications for sourcing / delivering of the data. The candidate will connect with business stakeholders to get the business requirement, prepare development plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a member of PaPM COE, working as a team member for smooth functioning of PaPM Calculations which are already deployed and are in BAU mode.
- Work towards new development, enhancement & improvements of existing calculations by providing best of the class solution.
- Understanding of the business requirement and transform the requirement to PaPM / improvise to meet the business requirement.
- Responsibility for initiation, design discussion, development, and deployment of the built.
- Risk management related to data maintenance and use the knowledge in development proactive.
Skills and Experience
- Min 5-9+ years working as a PaPM Consultant with a large component expertise in PaPM.
- University degree in Technology, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or relevant areas of studies.
- Strong analytical and technical skills as well as excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and will break down all barriers to ensure customer success.
- An enthusiasm to learn, and willingness to adapt to change and always look for ways to fully leverage your abilities no matter the task at hand.
- The adaptability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams, with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills..
- Strong solution background/hands-on experience with SAP PaPM.
- Data Loading and Data Transformation/Integration.
- Application Performance Analysis & Optimization.
- Insurance Data Model and Estimated Cashflow Preparation (ECP) in PaPM.
- Functional PaPM Business Processes and Configuration.
- SAP FICO or ABAP or BW.
