Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of risk-related reports, presentations, and analysis.
- Assist in compiling materials for risk committees and governance forums.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Credit Risk Controlling function.
- Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (framework for identifying, assessing, and managing risks within the organisation).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across risk, governance, and credit risk teams.
- Support improvements in reporting processes and operational efficiency.
- Escalate questions appropriately and seek guidance from senior team members.
- Comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and code of conduct standards.
Skills and Experience
Education
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (tools used for data analysis, reporting, and presentations).
- Good communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of banking products and financial services.

- Structured and detail-oriented way of working.
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work reliably and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a risk management environment.
