The Digital Channels Go-to-Market (GTM) function serves as the commercialization and growth management capability across the product lifecycle, translating digital capabilities into client adoption, portfolio growth and measurable business outcomes. Through portfolio strategy, client-centric value propositions, activation planning, lifecycle engagement and performance optimization, GTM maximizes the adoption, utilization and commercial value of the Bank's digital investments.
As part of the GTM team, the GTM Analytics Associate supports the Digital Channels & Solutions commercialization agenda by building trusted dashboards, reporting tools and data foundations that transform complex data into accessible business intelligence. The role helps GTM Portfolio Leads monitor Straight2Bank adoption, feature usage, client engagement, campaign performance and market-level trends through reliable, self-service analytics and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
1. Support GTM Business Intelligence & Reporting Priorities
- Support GTM Portfolio Leads by developing dashboards, reporting tools and business intelligence solutions that provide visibility into Straight2Bank adoption, engagement and commercialization performance.
- Translate reporting requirements into practical analytics outputs that support portfolio monitoring and performance discussions.
- Improve stakeholder access to trusted, self-service performance insights.
2. Execute Data Mapping & Reporting Standards
- Maintain standardized mapping logic across Straight2Bank Group IDs, User IDs and client email addresses to support reporting, targeting and campaign analysis.
- Apply consistent data definitions, governance rules and quality controls across reporting outputs.
- Support the development of reporting views that track adoption, campaign performance and operational metrics across portfolios, markets and client segments.
3. Dashboard Automation & Reporting Enhancement
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards supporting DCS scorecard reporting and GTM performance measurement.
- Improve reporting efficiency through dashboard automation and standardized reporting frameworks.
- Continuously enhance reporting usability and accessibility based on stakeholder feedback.
Business
1. Performance Visibility & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting that provide visibility into digital initiation, feature adoption, client engagement and commercialization outcomes.
- Support GTM Portfolio Leads in monitoring portfolio performance across Group, Region and Country dimensions.
- Contribute to performance reporting used in GTM governance and business review forums.
2. Data Management & Campaign Analytics
- Maintain trusted data mappings that support client targeting, campaign execution and adoption tracking.
- Provide reporting on campaign performance metrics including open rates, engagement outcomes and operational turnaround times.
- Support stakeholders with reliable data required for client outreach and adoption programmes.
3. Reporting Efficiency & Decision Support
- Improve reporting efficiency by standardizing dashboards, data structures and recurring reporting processes.
- Support GTM Portfolio Leads with timely, accurate and consistent business intelligence.
- Enable data-informed decision-making through clear, accessible and actionable reporting.

- Maintain channels data mapping frameworks and associated governance controls.
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of reporting outputs.
- Document reporting methodologies, dashboard logic and data definitions.

- Build, maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards for DCS scorecard reporting and GTM performance measurement.
- Manage dashboard updates, refresh schedules and reporting enhancements.
- Ensure dashboards remain aligned to stakeholder reporting requirements.

- Develop self-service reporting capabilities that enable stakeholders to access performance data efficiently.
- Automate recurring reporting processes where appropriate.
- Continuously improve reporting accessibility, usability and operational efficiency.

- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making through accurate, transparent and accessible reporting.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across GTM Portfolio Leads, Product, Sales, Service and related stakeholder groups.
- Support knowledge sharing and adoption of self-service analytics capabilities across the GTM organization.
- Demonstrate curiosity, continuous learning and a commitment to improving business intelligence practices.

Risk Management
- Adherence to all Group Policies and relevant legislation covering credit, operational, reputational risk among others.

- Ensure product development aligns to internal governance frameworks that sets out the requirements for the design, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions.
- Where material changes are made to existing data solutions, ensure compliance to process change impact assessment and technology change impact assessments are completed.
Governance
- Review internal/ external audit findings on GTM processes and ensure risk closures.
- Ensure GTM strategies align with local/ global regulations on data privacy, AI usage, and content governance.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, technology and product stakeholders for oversight, gap management and regulatory adherence.
- Contributes to the assessment of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight, and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas.
- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
- Willingness to ‘speak up’ in the event of any realized or perceived breach of group conduct rules or laws by colleagues.

Qualifications
- Education - Degree Holder or Higher
- Training - Minimally a bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics.
- 7-8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data or performance management or related roles.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Experience working with large datasets, reporting automation and business performance measurement.
- Experience supporting business stakeholders through reporting, data analysis and operational insights.
- Financial services, technology or digital platform experience preferred.
- Languages - English and additional languages would be a plus
Licenses / Membership Certifications
- Tableau Certification (preferred)
- Microsoft Power BI Certification (preferred)
- Data Analytics or Business Intelligence certifications (advantageous)
