• 提供優質服務並協助向在分行交易的客戶提供追加銷售和交叉銷售金融產品/服務。
業務
• 透過臨櫃交易的客戶,主動發現客戶的理財需求、並轉介給理財人員以協助開拓業務。
• 確保始終向客戶提供最高標準的服務。
• 與現有和新客戶保持良好的關係。
• 支援BOSM為客戶提供高品質的服務,並識別銷售機會以最大限度地擴展新業務。
流程
• 辦理存款/提款交易,並在櫃檯提供其他銀行服務(須具備相關證照)。
• 處理帳戶開戶請求,並確保符合 KYC(了解您的客戶)及 CDD(客戶盡職調查) 政策(須具備相關證照)。
• 確認所負責之現金與系統現金帳務餘額達到收支平衡,所有客戶交易項目都需準確且立即登入系統。
• 過帳所有總帳分錄並確保分公司的帳簿、帳務平衡。
• 更新客戶資料至電腦系統以及協助分行內銀行資料之歸檔。
• 依據BOSM指示協助完成客戶需求。
風險管理
• 遵守所有適用的反洗錢預防程序,特別是向單位反洗錢官員和直線主管報告任何可疑活動。
公司治理
• 負責評估集團在業務中實現有效治理、監督和控制的安排的有效性,並在必要時監督這些領域的變化;了解並瞭解集團營運所在的監管框架以及與該職位相關的監管要求和期望。
• 將遇到的任何問題以及建議的解決方案提請分行營運和服務經理注意。
